The warm and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Convenient location with good sleep quality. However, the room was cramped and lacked cleanliness details. Street noise was a minor disturbance. The bunk bed surprise pleased my friends, but the steep price increase and lack of transparency were disappointments.

LOVED the clever room design; not as quiet as in photos, but still a great experience. Would choose again!

Comfortable beds, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV in the room. The continental breakfast was healthy and above average, lots of options.

It is a gorgeous hotel, I liked immaculate rooms and incredible location. Plenty of food available in the restaurant.

The bed and foam pillows were cozy as heck, and the reception staff were super friendly and chill. I chilled at the hotel spa and gym, which were top-notch for unwinding and taking it easy. The only bummer was that the room wasn't cleaned every day, and the lotion wasn't restocked - little things that didn't ruin my vibe though. Keep up the good work, y'all! ✌️

Quiet little hotel, everything was very good, I liked staff and location. The room met the purpose, immaculate with two double beds. A few steps away from interesting places, because a subway station was near the property.

Clean hotel in a nice building just next door to Bridge and river park and restaurants.

The restaurant served up unique wild game dishes that were a hit with everyone. We also had a blast exploring the local art spots, theaters, and museums, which made our stay even more memorable.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

The hotel is small and fairly clean, the staff are attentive, location is perfect very close to many trains that get you into the city quickly. Brand-new room and friendly communication with the staff.

The staff were exceptional ; we had an early check-in. It was a stylish hotel in a nice area, really close to Brooklyn Bridge, Downtown Brooklyn, restaurants.

The vibe of the hotel is really trendy and cozy, with unique art in the rooms. Staff were friendly, though there seemed to be a shortage. The room was quiet, but some furniture felt a bit flimsy. A good spot with free bike hire and tasty coffee.

The location. Very close to several subway lines and downtown Brooklyn. Direct connection to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel in Brooklyn. The location was perfect with lots of cool neighborhoods to explore and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was also close to several Metro stations allowing us to easily get to other parts of the city.

Luggage we could leave our suitcases until 5pm to make our visits before taking the plane back . Friendly staff. Clean room with L'Occitane products . Neighborhood close to subway, shops and 15 min walk to the Brooklyn Bridge.

Noisy room. : above a covered car park with noise from the gates, ventilation... Room decoration does not look like the photos presented on the site. Soft mattresses . Breakfast room : you have to wait to have a place. Very basic breakfast . Fortunately it was for 1 night... Disappointed because for the price, we thought we could afford a nice hotel with an original decoration: missed!

The large, modern bathroom with separate toilet, Occitane products, Italian shower and even a yoga mat is at your disposal! Comfortable bed and good location.

Our room was spacious and clean but the AC was a bit noisy. Loved the free continental breakfast and the free bicycle rental. The location was perfect, walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, restaurants, and shops. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Nu Hotel in New York. The hotel had a great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. My only minor issue was the lack of light in the room. Overall, a fantastic experience with clean rooms and excellent amenities.

The creativity on offer at the nearby Brooklyn Museum was truly inspiring. As an art enthusiast, I found the museum to be a treasure trove, with its extensive collection and contemporary exhibitions. It felt like stepping into a modern-day masterpiece, with each exhibit telling a unique story of creativity and expression.

A lot of noise in the rooms. On the same trip we were in different rooms and besides not having a view of anything, they are very noisy. The heating sounds, the bathroom, the neighbour next door all sound!!!

We recently stayed at Nu Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the customer service was top-notch. Our room was clean and spacious, and we especially loved the queen bed and bunk beds which comfortably slept our party of four. The decor of the hotel was stylish and the l'Occitane shower products added a luxurious touch. The breakfast offered a good variety and the coffee, tea, and almond milk were appreciated. a great value for our stay.

Comfortable, welcoming, with attentive, friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Brooklyn promenade, the subway into Manhattan, and some awesome restaurants like French Louie. We were able to easily visit all the areas we wanted to on public transport without paying high dollar rates in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided great service. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the gym had a variety of equipment for a workout.

The shower water pressure was lower than average.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms (b. large). Adequate space for luggage. Everything super clean and new. No carpet on the floor, and panels instead - a huge plus! Tasty breakfasts (you could prepare yourself an ordinary bagel from a tasty one! rolls with cold meat and cheese :) - which was unheard of in other hotels (where everything was usually full of sugar). For coffee, cake and muffin. Close to Brooklyn Bridge :) and that was the most important for us.

This is not a disadvantage of the hotel itself, but still we spent time in Manhattan, despite our earlier intentions - and this is still a long distance from the hotel :) We simply didn't like it in Brooklyn (maybe it's a matter of short time spent there).

During our Christmas stay, we were actually surprised by the large rooms and excellent subway access. The staff was excellent, great to check in early and providing us with restaurant options in the neighborhood. We especially loved the comfortable beds and perfect pillows. The hotel also had a great continental breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us during a stressful situation with our hacked cards. The room size was generous, with thoughtful amenities like bathrobes and an iron. However, we experienced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and disruptive construction activities nearby. Despite these drawbacks, the staff's kindness and efficient service made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Always come back for the amazing staff and central location. First visit, they gave me directions to attractions. Great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, business center, and wheelchair access. Coming back for Easter!

Oh, the heating system was an absolute delight. I couldn't sleep peacefully with the noisy fan and the thermostat playing hard to get.

We loved the location of the hotel in this city as it was easy to get to from the subway and in a downtown area with many things to do nearby. The included breakfast was ample, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and overall, the hotel's facilities were excellent.

We loved the unique paintings in our room at the nu Hotel, it added a touch of charm and character to our stay.
